QandAQ: What would you do for businesses in the state, small or large, to help with economic growth and job creation?

A: First, I am a small business owner and have created over 50 new jobs for our local economy. I am the only candidate that owns and operates a small business. I know first-hand that we have to get government out of the way of the private sector to help our businesses grow and expand while creating jobs. We need a level playing field for all businesses and we should focus on rewarding job creators. I want to focus on cutting both personal and corporate income tax rates. NC needs a government with a low regulatory environment and low taxes for long term economic growth. We need to make strategic investments in infrastructure today to create an economic corridor for tomorrow.
